IPOA Urges Minister to Reform Rental Market Policies

The Irish Property Owners Association (IPOA) met with Housing Minister James Browne to discuss urgent rental market issues.

The IPOA highlighted concerns about Rent Pressure Zones (RPZs), indefinite tenancies, and inefficiencies within the RTB.

They emphasized that over two-thirds of landlords have only one tenancy and play a crucial role in housing supply.

The IPOA called for immediate action to support landlords and prevent the loss of affordable rental properties.
